Is everything listed on the website in stock?

Most items are in stock and ready to ship. We do launch our prepay preorders onto our website while they are open but when we list these items there will be red wording at the top of the description stating that it is a preorder. Preorder items are not in stock and if you add them to an order with an in stock item your order will not ship until the prepay preorder arrives. 

When will you ship my order?

Orders are always shipped in the order that payment is received. You will receive your items in 3-5 business days from payment date. Please try not to ask us unless it is over the 5 business day mark and you haven't received a shipping confirmation.

Will all of my outstanding and paid orders still be able to ship together?

Yes, we will ship all paid orders together in one package! So, if you pay 3 separate invoices, they will all ship together provided they are all in stock items and not preorders.

If I need an item sooner, do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! We can ship out your item within a day if you select expedited shipping at checkout. Expedited shipping gets your item to you in 2-3 business days. This will cost you $10.00!

What happens if an item I receive is incorrect or defective?

If you notice something is wrong with your item, (ie. the wrong size, wrong color or it seems to be defective) please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package by emailing us at raylaraeboutique@gmail.com. We will then be able to assist you with the issue.

When do I enter a discount code while checking out?

Once you get to your payment method in the checkout process, you will see a spot for gift cards or discount codes. Enter your code there, exactly as it is written, and then click the arrow to the right of the box. After you do this, your page will reload with the adjusted price. 

What happens if I forget to enter a discount code?

Unfortunately there is no way for us to go in and enter a code onto your order, therefore it is entirely up to you to remember to enter any discount codes at the time of checkout. 

If a discount code is used, is it considered a "sale" item or can I still return items even when using a discount code?

Any discount that is used on a purchase that is greater than 20% makes your item(s) final sale.

How do I enter a gift card code?

This would be in the same spot where you enter discount codes. It is listed in the checkout process during the payment procedure. Enter your code and click the arrow to the right of the box to apply this credit to your order!

If I have sent a return, how will I know when it is processed?

Once your return is processed you will receive a gift card - it will be sent to your email. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days once we receive them.

How do I go about returning an item?

Are you still do rewarding requests? 

YES, of course! I would never get rid of the program I created to reward you ladies for your support! If you find something somewhere and you want to see if we can get it, just send it to me! If you are unfamiliar with our rewarding request program, please join our Facebook VIP Group so you can take part in this fun incentive!

When can I pickup my items if I selected Local Pickup - Madison, MN?

Your items will be available for pickup approximately 3-4 weeks after you place your order. Tara comes to Sioux Falls about once a month for work and she will pickup all outstanding orders at that time. When your order is ready to be picked up, she will reach out to you!

When can I pickup my items if I selected Local Pickup - Sioux Falls, SD?

Your items will be available for pickup approximately 2-3 days after you place your order. Please send me (Kelsey Ness) a personal Facebook message to arrange a pickup time.
